2026 Training Programme

A year-long foundational journey into the core teachings and practices of Lucas, designed to establish a stable ground for inner awareness, perception and direct experience. AcrossĀ nine months, you are guided through structured teachings, guided meditations and experiential practices that support the development of sensitivity, clarity and inner attunement.
This is a progressive container that unfolds step by step, allowing understanding to deepen through repetition, reflection and lived integration. Each module builds on the last, supporting a steady maturation of awareness and a more direct relationship with inner knowing, presence, and subtle perception.
The Year of Foundational Studies offers a complete entry into the work supporting both new students and those seeking to stabilise and deepen their practice over time.
